Mysterious Lands Zimbabwe Ruins and Temple

About the mysterious land the Zimbabwe ruins and temple, history of the African location.

The Place: ZIMBABWE
Location: 17 mi. southeast of Fort Victoria, Rhodesia
The Enigma: In 1871, young geologist Karl Mauch asked a trader, Adam Renders, how to get to the nearest ruins. The trader was happy to supply the information. On Mauch's way there, he was captured by natives, but later he was rescued. Ultimately, he reached his destination-Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe consists of an elliptical temple with walls 740' around, 34' high, 10' wide at the top, and it is surrounded by stone walls. Three hundred feet above, there is another building built into the rock, and this has stone steps leading up to it. There is a cave be heard in the elliptical building.

Who built Zimbabwe?

Some Explanations: Is Zimbabwe in the Land of Ophir from whence came King Solomon's gold? After all, the area is famous for its ancient mines, which, it is estimated, produced 650 tons of gold.

Did Queen Hatshepsut of Egypt know about Zimbabwe? There is some archaeological evidence-a hieroglyphic here and there, drawings which seem to depict Egyptians-that would lead one to believe she might have.

Did the ancient Israelites or the Egyptians build the mysterious city? Or the Phoenicians, who were known to travel extensively?

Ancient Chinese coins have been found on the beaches of East Africa. Did the Chinese build it?

Today: Modern archaeologists think that Zimbabwe is not ancient, but was begun in the 15th century, probably by native Africans who may have migrated from the area later. The Bantus, who live there now, have no legends about the city at all.

From 1946-1962, Roger Summers, curator of the National Museum at Bulawayo, and Keith R. Robinson, chief inspector of monuments, excavated Zimbabwe. They were assisted by architectural expert Anthony Whitty. Their excavation revealed that the site was occupied by people using iron, and living in huts, before the 4th century B.C. In the 11th century, newcomers started building walls. In 1450, the moments were added.

A small Note to my better half in life ...........

When i have her in my arms i feel like an angel taking me to the heaven above where i forget myself and get immersed in the depth of her love ........

I can say the tears that roll out of my eyes for her are seen as oceans down in the earth .....May god do not make me see a day without her, God forbid if i happen to see a day without her i am for sure my day will come to an end forever ......

I may have been rude to you at times but i am like a jelly in a glass bowl where i am hard in the outer side but i am soft within .........I am so obsessed about you that i forget the world around me and to an extent myself ....I go upto the extent that i forget you have a life of your own too.....

I compare you in two ways one being a flower and another a dragon (to speak in chinese terms)......Lady you are that part in my body without which i am not alive today ......I cherish the very moment of being your companion...I hope i satisfy you in all possible ways.....

Though i don't get the full attention from you nowadays i should tell you that i know i made a difference in your life......

I am not a Robert Clive to write some Romantic Lines ......But i write this today with my arms wide open waiting for a big hug and a kiss from you :)

Life is bout compromise ......Something worth it .....

I am so jobless that i am writing this .....Never mind something to start of with .....

Compromise can be demarcated into various stages......

Stage 1 : Wen we are kids....... I don want to elaborate on this coz this is not a serious issue....

Stage 2 : Wen we are teenagers...This is a very critical age wer we are not ready to compromise any anyhting......Quite justifiable....

Stage 3 : Now the critical one wer we are in a very responsible stage and we have boyfriends and girlfriends quite responsible uh.....

My views bout this stage is...... I find nowadays that luv is jus another thing for both the sexes .... we'll lucky enough to not to be a part of this group.......But still what bothers is compromise between the pairs are declining and there is no proper flow or rather a dessimination of proper love.....

I may be wrong ...plz add
